This nano-ceramic-infused coating is the most durable frame paint we sell. As a two-component urethane paint, it offers the best resistance against corrosions, chips and chemicals. The finish will remain stable at temperatures up to 300 degrees. A satin black finish with 7-10% gloss is factory-correct for many vehicles and is easier to clean than high-gloss. Our Ceramic Chassis Black package is ideal for professionals or hobbyists who regularly undercoat cars. The gallon of paint mixes with the included medium urethane activator for approximately 200 square feet of coverage — enough to coat 5-6 average vehicle frames. This paint can be applied using an HVLP spray gun and dries fast. For maximum adhesion, coat the metal with Black Epoxy Primer and Activator and let dry up to five days before spraying the chassis paint on.
